Based in Singapore, this role drives project delivery and lifecycle management for messaging and Microsoft 365 platforms within a large-scale environment. The position involves leading operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement of M365 workloads and enterprise messaging infrastructure. You will be accountable for service stability and performance, acting as a technical lead for complex issues and guiding engineering teams.

- Drive project delivery and lifecycle management for messaging and M365 platforms
- Lead operations and continuous improvement of M365 and enterprise messaging infrastructure
- Oversee core platforms including Exchange, M365 services, and mobility solutions
- Ensure service stability, availability, and performance across platforms
- Act as a technical lead for complex issues and service recovery
- Improve operational processes and standard operating procedures
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- 7-10 years of IT experience with M365 and enterprise messaging platforms
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 workplace services
- Understanding of email routing and SMTP architecture
- Familiarity with end-to-end messaging flow in hybrid and cloud environments
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation
- Experience with archiving, email policy, and related infrastructure
