Based in Singapore, this role involves working directly with customers to drive the adoption of Singtel's sovereign AI platform, RE:AI. You will lead technical engagements from initial discussions through pilot programs, creating custom prototypes and demonstrations to secure deals. The position requires a blend of technical AI engineering skills and commercial acumen to articulate business value and support strategic customer engagements across ASEAN.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Scope customer opportunities and define technical solutions to advance deals
- Develop prototypes, custom demos, and reference deployments on the RE:AI platform
- Perform GPU sizing, architecture design, and model benchmarking for customer needs
- Provide technical support and guidance during proof-of-concept and pilot phases
- Create reusable assets and templates from common customer patterns
- Represent the RE:AI platform to customer engineers, architects, and executives
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Proven ability to engage directly with customers on technical discussions
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs and AI agents (tool-calling, retrieval, orchestration)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for diverse audiences
- Strong commercial and business value judgment, including TCO modeling
- Comfortable with ambiguity and willing to travel as needed for customer engagements
- Solid engineering fundamentals in backend stacks, APIs, and cloud basics
