Based in Malaysia, this position involves promoting and selling comprehensive retail banking products such as insurance, unit trusts, and deposits to new and existing clients. The successful candidate will build lasting customer relationships and deliver exceptional after-sales support. You will also maintain regulatory compliance and obtain relevant industry certifications upon commencement.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Promote and market diverse retail financial offerings including deposits, insurance, and unit trusts
- Identify client needs to cross-sell suitable banking solutions
- Establish and maintain durable customer relationships while providing after-sales support
- Ensure strict adherence to compliance rules, internal policies, and risk regulations
- Acquire designated licensing certifications including FIMM, PCE, CEILI, and IPPC

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field of study
- Open to fresh graduates seeking a career in financial services
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Malay
