The manager will lead a team, optimize event impact, and implement innovative sourcing methods to enhance acquisition efforts. This position requires collaboration with various departments to ensure recruitment strategies align with business goals and targets.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract agency force members.
- Coordinate with internal teams for event item procurement and material development.
- Validate and promote recruitment platforms across necessary channels.
- Conduct post-event analysis, track metrics, and manage databases.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to improve recruitment effectiveness.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruitment event officers.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, event management, or employer branding.
- At least 6 years of experience in relevant fields like Recruitment, Marketing, or Event Management.
- Knowledge of current recruitment trends and best practices.
- Creative mindset for conceptualizing and executing engaging events.
- Strong leadership skills with team management experience.
