Based in Malaysia, this role focuses on analyzing operational workflows, identifying opportunities for efficiency, and driving key strategic programs across Group Operations. You will partner with business leads, technology teams, and project specialists to document detailed functional specifications and implement sustainable solutions. The position also supports multi-market rollouts and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall organizational performance.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Gather, validate, and document functional requirements, user stories, and process workflows across business units.
- Evaluate existing workflows and design future-state operational models to streamline processes and reduce manual tasks.
- Coordinate multi-market rollouts, establishing transition guidelines and addressing regional nuances or dependencies.
- Oversee user acceptance testing by creating test scenarios, tracking defect resolution, and ensuring delivery quality.
- Examine operational metrics and performance data to guide decision-making and support business case development.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and ensure alignment with governance, risk, compliance, and project milestones.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Information Systems, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Between 3 and 7 years of relevant experience in business analysis, process enhancement, or operations transformation.
- Demonstrated background handling cross-functional projects within large-scale enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with financial services, insurance, or shared services organizations is highly desirable.
- Exposure to digital transformation, automation, or methodologies like Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or BPM.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and expertise in documentation and process mapping.
