Based in Malaysia, this role involves providing operational support and maintenance for the IP VPN backbone network, ensuring high availability and service reliability. You will manage network infrastructure, support incident resolution, and coordinate change implementations. The position also requires collaboration with engineering teams to deliver new network capabilities and maintain operational excellence.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Support IP VPN backbone network operations and ensure service reliability.
- Coordinate and perform network changes, provisioning, and maintenance.
- Install, replace, and upgrade network equipment and software.
- Perform on-site fault isolation and troubleshooting for service restoration.
- Conduct routine health checks and preventive maintenance at POP sites.
- Support engineering teams in implementing new network products and features.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IP network operations or support.
- Experience with IP VPN networks, incident management, and change implementation.
- Good understanding of TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS/VPN, and routing technologies.
- Knowledge of router and switch architecture, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
