หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead integrated management of the enterprise AI portfolio, connecting strategy to value realization.
- Drive portfolio prioritization, sequencing, and governance, balancing strategic impact and execution.
- Establish a clear view of portfolio health and identify systemic issues for intervention.
- Orchestrate cross-functional interventions across various teams for material portfolio issues.
- Translate complex portfolio performance into compelling narratives for executive leadership.
- Identify AI assets with commercialization potential and shape their pathways and business cases.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- At least 10 years in strategy, consulting, transformation, or portfolio management.
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional portfolios and influencing senior executives.
- Track record of structuring ambiguous problems and driving outcomes without direct authority.
- Experience developing executive-level narratives and decision materials for C-suite.
- Experience in commercialization, business-case development, or go-to-market strategy.
- Strong consulting-caliber problem-solving, synthesis, and strategic judgment.
