Based in Malaysia, this role involves reviewing and moderating online content to ensure platform safety and adherence to client guidelines. You will analyze various media types, investigate complex content issues, and contribute to responsible AI development. This position is open to fresh graduates and requires strong English communication and resilience.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Review and classify content based on client guidelines using specific tools
- Stay updated on evolving client policies and industry trends in content moderation
- Investigate and resolve complex content issues, escalating as needed
- Develop and execute prompt strategies for large language models on sensitive topics
- Analyze model responses for appropriateness and adherence to guidance
- Collaborate with team members to understand responsible AI issues

- Excellent comprehension and English language communication skills
