Based in Malaysia, this role focuses on handling transactional insurance operations for multinational accounts. You will manage policy documentation, premium billing calculations, and data processing while maintaining high quality standards. The position also involves corresponding with underwriters, regional offices, and global clients to resolve operational inquiries. Shift flexibility is required to support various international business regions.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Execute policy document issuance, billing premiums, and accurate data entry according to established procedures
- Review, evaluate, and verify multinational transactions including tax calculations and account adjustments
- Liaise with producing offices, risk practitioners, underwriters, and clients to gather required policy details
- Maintain electronic document records and update premium payments in coordination with finance teams
- Investigate operational discrepancies and resolve rework matters promptly
- Address customer and broker inquiries via phone and email correspondence
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- High precision and attention to detail during data entry and verification
- Willingness to work regional shifts supporting various global time zones and local public holidays
