- Execute financial planning, target development, performance reporting, and forecasting processes
- Ensure comprehensive compliance and enforce strong internal controls across assigned business scopes
- Partner with senior management to deliver critical financial insights supporting commercial decisions
- Direct continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and team practices
- Support talent development and growth pipelines within the finance and FP&A functions
- Oversee data collection accuracy and manage direct reports or third-party service providers
