Based in Indonesia, this leadership role oversees equity research operations and guides a team of fund managers and analysts. The appointed leader will direct stock coverage, establish investment perspectives, and spearhead the analyst model portfolio across local and regional platforms. In addition, the position champions AI-enabled research enhancements and ensures rigorous governance, valuation consistency, and ESG integration.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise the equity research team, ensuring strict adherence to governance and research standards.
- Oversee ongoing stock coverage, company valuations, and investment recommendations across the equity universe.
- Drive the generation of alpha-producing investment concepts and facilitate in-depth investment debates.
- Align domestic Indonesian equity coverage with broader regional research initiatives across business units.
- Manage the Analyst Model Portfolio, driving rebalancing debates and decisive portfolio allocations.
- Spearhead the integration of artificial intelligence and automation tools to elevate analytical productivity.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Extensive professional background in equity research, investment analysis, or portfolio management.
- Proven leadership capability in supervising, mentoring, and developing teams of investment professionals.
- In-depth expertise in Indonesian equity markets alongside familiarity with regional Asian market dynamics.
- Strong knowledge of valuation frameworks, financial modeling, and investment governance.
- Understanding of ESG risk assessment, proxy voting, and sustainability engagement practices.
- Keen interest in adopting modern technology, automation, and AI-enabled research workflows.
