Based in Malaysia, this role involves assessing major claims, providing higher-level approval for complex cases, and supporting inquiries. The Senior Officer will also participate in departmental projects and oversee daily operations of junior staff. This position requires meticulous attention to detail in processing claims and handling customer and agent communications.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Assess and approve major claims, including those exceeding standard authority
- Follow up on necessary documents for underwriting and compliance decisions
- Prepare and review decline or investigation letters
- Conduct claims investigations and handle appeal cases
- Provide support for minor and pre-authorization cases as needed
- Train new staff and handle customer and agent inquiries
