Based in Malaysia, this internship supports the Organisation Effectiveness Partner team in enhancing HR processes and systems. The role involves significant data analysis and statistical interpretation to inform decision-making and drive process improvements. The intern will contribute to various HR transformation projects through research, documentation, and coordination.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze HR data for decision support
- Prepare reports and presentations from data analysis
- Help identify areas for HR process improvement
- Support the implementation of process improvement initiatives
- Assist HR Transformation projects with research and coordination
- Perform statistical analysis on HR data to find trends
