Based in Vietnam, this senior management role is responsible for directing and optimizing underwriting operations to maintain technical quality, process speed, and strict regulatory adherence. The successful candidate will lead the underwriting team, advance automation capabilities such as straight-through processing, and uphold sound risk management practices. Furthermore, this leader will deliver training initiatives for both internal staff and the nationwide distribution network to elevate service performance.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Oversee insurance application assessments within authorized limits and enforce risk standards.
- Formulate and update underwriting guidelines aligned with reinsurance protocols and regulatory policies.
- Optimize processing workflows by expanding automated underwriting and straight-through processing initiatives.
- Build and monitor operational governance frameworks and key performance indicators.
- Lead, mentor, and coach underwriting personnel to elevate productivity and service quality.
- Conduct underwriting training for the nationwide distribution force to minimize pending case rates.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Medical Bachelor's degree, Doctor of Medicine (MD), or a related academic discipline.
- At least five years of leadership experience within insurance underwriting services.
- Comprehensive medical background and deep understanding of life insurance risk assessment.
- Proven capabilities in team leadership, personnel development, and operational coaching.
- Strong decision-making, analytical problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
