- Direct end-to-end product development and strategy for Lombard credit and securities-backed lending portfolios.
- Design innovative credit programmes and value propositions tailored for regional wealth management segments.
- Drive product commercialization and adoption in collaboration with relationship managers and investment advisors.
- Manage product governance, documentation standards, and regulatory compliance across target jurisdictions.
- Monitor portfolio metrics, profitability levels, and credit utilization to identify optimization opportunities.
- Harmonize regional product frameworks while maintaining market competitiveness across Asian markets.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or an equivalent discipline.
- Minimum of five years in wealth lending, lending product management, or portfolio financing.
- In-depth expertise in Lombard lending, collateral-based structures, and lending programme management.
- Demonstrated record of launching credit initiatives that generate revenue and expand client adoption.
- Proven track record of influencing cross-functional stakeholders in a complex matrix organization.
- Strong commercial acumen coupled with capabilities in pricing models and data-driven portfolio management.
