Based in Singapore, this role focuses on advancing the bank's artificial intelligence capabilities through enterprise-level generative AI solutions. You will collaborate with diverse teams to translate business requirements into sophisticated agentic workflows while maintaining strict financial regulatory standards. The position also oversees the technical implementation and observability of intelligent automation tools to drive operational excellence across banking services.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Design and deploy enterprise generative AI and agentic systems tailored to banking operations
- Partner with business, technology, and compliance stakeholders to establish delivery frameworks
- Formulate technical solution blueprints for automation, decisioning, and intelligent workflows
- Incorporate banking-grade security, data governance, and regulatory controls into AI platforms
- Build evaluation frameworks and observability suites to monitor model drift, bias, and performance
- Supervise defect triage, troubleshooting, and continuous enhancement of deployed tools
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Over three years of experience delivering banking data and analytics solutions
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with LLM orchestration, RAG architectures, and multi-agent platforms
- Familiarity with financial compliance standards, risk mitigation, and regulatory requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an advanced degree in a related discipline
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and capability to design robust technical architectures
- Effective communication skills when engaging with both technical and business audiences
