Based in Singapore, this role leads the design and modernization of enterprise data platforms for premier financial institutions. You will architect robust banking data models, steer platform implementations across modern cloud environments, and guide engineering teams. Serving as a crucial link between technical execution and client advisory, you will shape long-term data roadmaps while ensuring strict governance and compliance.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Architect enterprise data models utilizing standards such as FSLDM, FIBO, and BIAN.
- Design scalable data platforms, warehousing architectures, and robust ingestion pipelines for financial systems.
- Supervise and mentor junior and mid-level data engineers through code reviews and technical direction.
- Implement data governance, lineage, and security frameworks suited for regulated banking sectors.
- Advise enterprise clients on modernization initiatives and align business goals with technical deliverables.
- Enhance cloud infrastructure performance, cost management, and operational security.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- At least 8 years in data engineering or modeling, including 3 or more years in technical leadership.
- Demonstrated expertise with banking data standards including FSLDM, FIBO, or BIAN.
- Deep operational proficiency with Cloudera, Teradata, Snowflake, or Databricks.
- Extensive background in regulated banking environments and compliance frameworks like AML, KYC, and regulatory reporting.
- Track record of directly mentoring and managing technical engineering teams.
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to senior executive stakeholders.
