Based in Singapore, this executive role within the Group COO Office plays a vital role in advancing the bank's strategic transformation agenda. You will partner directly with senior leadership to translate long-term vision into actionable business plans and measurable organizational outcomes. The position involves driving cross-functional governance, formulating enterprise narratives, and preparing high-level analyses for board and executive committees.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute organizational strategies, converting high-level goals into concrete implementation plans
- Facilitate enterprise transformation programs, strategic performance reviews, and cross-functional initiatives
- Oversee operational performance management, including resource budgeting, balanced scorecards, and executive reporting
- Produce strategic insights, briefings, and presentation materials for board members and senior executives
- Create impactful leadership communications, speeches, and presentations aligned with executive agendas
- Strengthen corporate governance frameworks and oversee responses to regulatory, audit, and operational risk matters
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic planning, enterprise transformation, management consulting, or business operations
- Strong background in banking, financial services operations, data transformation, or technology governance
- Exceptional written communication and narrative development skills for executive and board audiences
- Proven capability to drive complex cross-functional programs and influence senior corporate stakeholders
- Solid track record of converting corporate strategy into tangible operational results
