Based in the Philippines, this full-time role focuses on partnering with existing clients to expand and retain their business relationships. You will present innovative solutions, showcase demonstrations, and handle commercial discussions to unlock account growth. Working during the night shift from the Muntinlupa office, you will also coordinate across internal teams to manage campaigns and maintain accurate sales pipeline visibility.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Reach out to existing corporate accounts through outbound telephone calls
- Uncover expansion and upselling possibilities to grow revenue
- Showcase product demonstrations and present business value cases
- Guide contract rewrites and lead commercial renewal negotiations
- Partner with sales, implementation, and deployment teams on account needs
- Track sales pipelines accurately and collaborate on targeted email campaigns
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Possess a voice-based communication customer service or sales profile
- Minimum of six months of relevant contact center or customer handling experience
- Background in sales or account management is strongly preferred
- Must hold legal authorization to work in the Philippines
