Based in Singapore, this senior leadership role guides the bank's cyber strategy across multi-cloud and hybrid environments. The successful candidate will drive the security operating model, establish robust governance, and embed automated guardrails across public and private infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with platform and engineering squads to foster DevSecOps practices while ensuring compliance with regional financial regulations.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Formulate and deliver the enterprise cloud security architecture, policies, and target operating models.
- Oversee cloud posture management, workload protection, entitlement tracking, and container security programs.
- Integrate automated compliance checks and security controls into CI/CD workflows and DevSecOps processes.
- Direct risk evaluations, threat modeling exercises, and design approvals for major cloud migration projects.
- Establish comprehensive cloud logging, security event monitoring, and incident detection mechanisms.
- Engage with internal auditors and regulatory authorities regarding cloud security compliance and governance.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- At least 10 years of background in information security, cloud infrastructure, or cybersecurity engineering.
- Proven leadership experience managing enterprise security teams and guiding cloud transformation initiatives.
- Hands-on expertise safeguarding major cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure.
- Deep technical knowledge of container environments including Kubernetes, OpenShift, EKS, and runtime security.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tooling such as Terraform and modern CI/CD deployment pipelines.
- Strong working knowledge of regional regulatory standards including MAS TRM, NIST CSF, and ISO 27001.
