Based in Malaysia, this role oversees the setup, optimization, and lifecycle management of AS400 and iSeries infrastructure within a leading financial institution. The successful candidate will drive strategic infrastructure planning, system capacity management, and performance tuning. Additionally, you will support critical related enterprise platforms and provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Manage installation, configuration, optimization, and maintenance of AS400 environments
- Conduct capacity planning, system monitoring, and application performance tuning
- Execute timely troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident resolution
- Support strategic planning, design, and integration of core system infrastructure
- Administer related enterprise tools including Mimix, Connect:Direct, Control-M, and change management tools
- Mentor team members and manage resources to deliver end-to-end lifecycle system support
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Advanced Diploma or degree in Computer Studies or a related field
- Strong technical expertise in AS400 / iSeries systems and system infrastructure
- Familiarity with tools like Mimix, Control-M, and Connect:Direct
- Knowledge of ITIL service management frameworks
- Proficiency in English; additional language capabilities in Mandarin or Malay are beneficial
- Demonstrated capability in technical leadership and cross-functional team collaboration
