The manager will synthesize market and regulatory insights into strategic narratives and executive communications. This position also contributes to strategic planning, cross-functional initiative management, and procurement preparation for key projects.

- Conduct in-depth market, regulatory, and competitor analysis for the Philippine life insurance sector
- Support annual and multi-year strategic planning cycles, including goal formulation and roadmap creation
- Lead research to identify emerging trends, growth opportunities, and strategic risks
- Prepare high-quality executive communication materials for various leadership forums
- Develop prioritization frameworks and business planning inputs for resource allocation
- Coordinate across teams to manage strategic initiatives and gather qualitative insights
- Prepare procurement documentation and vendor assessment frameworks for strategic projects
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
