Based in Singapore, this role involves analyzing and processing chargeback requests within card operations. The position requires providing operational support, managing customer feedback, and ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and within service level agreements. This individual will also contribute to identifying process improvements and supporting digitization initiatives.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Analyze various chargeback scenarios
- Process chargeback requests efficiently
- Provide administrative and project support, including data entry
- Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Manage and resolve customer and business unit feedback
- Identify opportunities for productivity and risk control improvements
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in a relevant field
- Experience in banking, specifically with chargebacks, is preferred
- Meticulous and well-organized approach to work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Open to a one-year contract
