Based in Singapore, this role involves designing for P&G's Fabric & Home Care brands, focusing on creating compelling visual strategies and experiences. The designer will be responsible for crafting 2D package designs and other consumer touchpoints. This position requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to develop delightful and inspiring designs for products used by millions.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Develop visual strategies and concepts across consumer touchpoints, including brand identity and packaging.
- Support the creation and execution of brand guidelines for consistent application.
- Participate in the development and implementation of initiatives for packaging and digital commerce.
- Engage in design brainstorms, studio meetings, and print production discussions.
- Clearly communicate conceptual and directional design choices.
- Ensure excellent execution and stay updated with industry trends.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- 5-10 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, package design, and brand identity.
- Experience designing for Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) brands.
- Understanding of design thinking to create scalable visual systems.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
