Based in Singapore, this role leads digital transformation initiatives across Investment Banking by collaborating closely with technology, business, and operational leaders. The selected candidate will drive AI integration, platform enhancements, and workflow automation for fixed income and equity markets. This professional will also help deliver modern CRM solutions and align strategic goals across internal and external partners.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Execute digital transformation roadmaps and simplify operational workflows across Investment Banking.
- Manage product delivery and enhancements for core investment banking platforms alongside tech teams.
- Drive AI adoption initiatives and pilot emerging generative AI tools to improve business capabilities.
- Lead the implementation and enhancement of client intelligence and CRM platforms.
- Engage with senior leaders, bankers, and cross-functional teams to align project priorities.
- Oversee governance, budgeting, risk management, and tracking of transformation projects.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Strategy, or Digital Transformation.
- Strong track record in Product Management, Business Management, or COO functions.
- Prior experience supporting Sales & Trading or Capital Markets operations is preferred.
- Solid working knowledge of Fixed Income and Equity workflows and products is advantageous.
- Demonstrated capability in driving digital tools, AI adoption, and change management.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across diverse teams.
