Based in Singapore, this senior leadership role is accountable for guiding UOB's technology sourcing and procurement strategy, supporting a significant 10-year technology transformation. The position involves leading a team of sourcing professionals, overseeing complex technology contract negotiations, and managing strategic supplier relationships. This role requires a seasoned leader with deep technology sourcing expertise, strong commercial judgment, and the ability to operate effectively with senior management under high-pressure conditions.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic procurement partner for major technology initiatives and transformation programs.
- Lead the review and negotiation of complex technology contracts, including outsourcing agreements.
- Define and refine Bank-wide IT procurement and category strategies.
- Ensure all sourcing and contracting activities comply with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Lead, develop, and coach a team of strategic sourcing professionals.
- Track and report sourcing savings and value outcomes, driving continuous improvement.

- Extensive experience in IT/technology sourcing and procurement, preferably in regulated environments.
- Proven track record of negotiating complex technology contracts.
- Experience leading high-volume sourcing portfolios under tight timelines.
- Demonstrated ability to operate credibly with senior management in commercial and governance discussions.
- Proven people leader with experience managing and developing senior sourcing professionals.
- Strong influencing skills and ability to manage stress effectively.
