หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end insolvency and debt recovery processes
- Coordinate with external collection agencies and legal parties
- Process write-offs, allocate payments, and reconcile accounts
- Handle internal and external inquiries promptly
- Collaborate with IT to resolve system defects
- Identify process improvements and support automation initiatives
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Accountancy, Finance, or related field
- 2-3 years experience in credit management or debt collection
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with CRM or finance systems
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
