- Work independently as a subject matter expert and actively contribute to team discussions
- Partner with cross-functional groups to align on requirements and deliver software solutions
- Build, update, and refine software components to ensure system reliability and high performance
- Create detailed documentation of development processes to encourage internal knowledge sharing
- Diagnose and resolve work-related technical issues efficiently
- Continuously optimize source code to elevate overall system performance
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- At least two years of specialized hands-on experience using Pega Platform
- Strong background in software development lifecycle principles within Pega ecosystems
- Demonstrated capability in architecting and delivering scalable business process solutions
- Experience connecting Pega applications with external databases and third-party systems
- Solid troubleshooting skills to handle intricate technical issues
- Practical familiarity with agile delivery frameworks and collaborative developer tooling
