Based in the Philippines, this role oversees record-to-report and treasury activities for assigned corporate entities. You will handle financial accounting, statutory reporting, and routine banking operations while maintaining liquidity forecasts and financial controls. Additionally, you will serve as the primary liaison for external audits and collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and automate financial processes.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Manage financial accounting and ensure compliance with local and international statutory standards.
- Act as the primary contact for external audit fieldwork and address audit requirements.
- Oversee cash positions, manage liquidity forecasts, and coordinate approved intercompany cash settlements.
- Handle routine banking operations including bank account administration, user access, and mandates.
- Reconcile treasury transactions and investigate variances alongside accounting and shared service hubs.
- Identify and execute process improvement initiatives to standardize reporting and banking procedures.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in treasury, accounting, or cash management.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
- Solid foundation in financial accounting and local statutory reporting practices.
- Hands-on experience with record-to-report workflows, period-end closings, and audit coordination.
- Practical familiarity with banking operations, treasury controls, and financial platforms.
- Strong analytical abilities with excellent stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
