Based in Singapore, this role supports Global Financial Markets Operations in driving key regional initiatives and artificial intelligence enablement. The successful candidate will coordinate with diverse international teams to streamline operating frameworks, enhance risk governance, and analyze performance data. Additionally, you will oversee service level agreements and support ongoing process standardisation across regional hubs to foster operational excellence.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead strategic programs and operational reviews across global financial markets divisions
- Serve as the central regional liaison across business, technology, and operations units to drive process consistency
- Examine operational data and metrics to identify efficiency gaps, elevate digital adoption, and shape operating plans
- Utilize analytics to improve accountability, reduce procedural inefficiencies, and mitigate control incidents
- Oversee intra-group service agreements, governance frameworks, and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with regional locations to align with group operational guidelines and resolve compliance deviations
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or comparable professional qualification
- At least 8 to 10 years of financial services experience with a strong focus on operational risk and governance
- Proven track record in workflow architecture, process mapping, and continuous improvement
- High analytical aptitude to translate intricate datasets into strategic business recommendations
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities across diverse organizational tiers
- Strong organizational skills with capability to manage tight deadlines and changing priorities independently
