The appointed professional will engage closely with business executives, regulatory bodies, media organizations, and industry associations on vital legislative and advocacy initiatives. Additionally, the position oversees crisis communication, community outreach, and internal messaging to support broader commercial priorities.

- Formulate and execute the local corporate affairs strategy aligned with global guidance and business objectives.
- Partner with executive leadership to assess external risks, regulatory trends, and strategic opportunities.
- Cultivate relationships with government officials, industry associations, and media to champion sector-specific priorities.
- Supervise reputation management, issue mitigation, and crisis communications across key channels.
- Direct community engagement and sustainability initiatives to reinforce brand presence locally.
- Facilitate transparent and cohesive internal communications regarding business transformations and key priorities.

- Substantial professional background in public affairs, corporate communications, and reputation management.
- In-depth comprehension of Indonesian regulatory frameworks, food industry policies, and media landscape.
- Demonstrated capability in shaping public policy through trade associations and external advocacy.
- Strong track record of leading corporate communications and community programs in complex environments.
- Outstanding relationship building, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
