Based in Singapore, this role involves working as an Operations Technician at a manufacturing plant, focusing on production processes and equipment maintenance. The technician will manage specific area operations, ensure safety and quality standards, and take ownership of equipment and systems. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with effective communication and collaboration skills.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Execute batch making and packing processes according to production plans.
- Perform assigned tasks from the team leader.
- Maintain safety and quality standards in the plant.
- Keep equipment in optimal condition.
- Develop equipment standards like safety and lubrication maps.
- Create operational standards and improvements.
- Lead projects to eliminate equipment-related losses.
- Manage up to two site systems.

- Exhibit strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Willingness to work in the Tuas area.
