Based in the Philippines, this role involves supporting the Order-to-Cash process, focusing on order management, transportation, and accounts receivables. The associate will ensure timely order processing, manage transportation operations, and handle customer collections. This position requires strong analytical skills and fluency in Thai to facilitate communication with partners.

- Process customer orders accurately and on time.
- Coordinate transportation logistics for efficient delivery.
- Manage customer receivables and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Validate freight compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with various teams to improve operations and customer satisfaction.
- Generate reports on order processing, transport, and collections.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Fluent in written and spoken Thai.
- Experience in finance, operations, or customer service is a plus.
- Familiarity with Order to Cash processes is beneficial.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
