Based in Vietnam, this role oversees the financial management, governance, and actuarial analysis of a premier participating fund. The position leads the yearly bonus review, evaluates emerging portfolio trends, and develops strategies to improve customer engagement and product understanding. In addition, the successful hire will partner with cross-functional teams to explore commercial opportunities while mentoring and guiding junior actuaries.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Direct actuarial efforts for annual participating fund bonus reviews and regulatory declarations
- Partner with customer and commercial teams to create cross-selling initiatives and address protection gaps
- Enhance customer communications to improve policyholder understanding and meet reasonable expectations
- Maintain and update key actuarial governance frameworks, policies, and experience study guidelines
- Prepare and audit actuarial and financial reports for regulatory bodies and group leadership
- Supervise, guide, and develop junior actuarial team members
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, finance, or a related discipline
- At least 8 years of life insurance actuarial experience demonstrating strong technical rigor
- Experience with participating fund pricing, management, or reporting is advantageous
- Good understanding of broader life insurance operations and policyholder communication standards
- Progress toward professional actuarial credentials, with Associate or Fellow status preferred
- Exceptional analytical capabilities alongside strong problem-solving and communication skills
