Based in Malaysia, this role involves leading and managing complex corporate compliance and workplace investigations across the organization. The successful candidate will conduct and oversee inquiries into misconduct allegations, working closely with senior leadership and various internal stakeholders. This position requires a qualified legal professional with strong investigative, employment law, and ethics experience to assess risks, conduct thorough investigations, and recommend appropriate remediation.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex corporate compliance and workplace investigations.
- Define investigation scope, identify risks, and develop strategies.
- Review evidence and conduct interviews with relevant parties.
- Assess findings objectively and prepare confidential investigation reports.
- Provide advice on legal, ethical, and compliance risks to leadership.
- Collaborate with HR, Legal, and other functions on investigation resolution.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in workplace or corporate compliance investigations.
- Strong understanding of employment law, litigation, and workplace conduct.
- Ability to assess complex facts and provide legally sound conclusions.
- Strong business judgment regarding legal, compliance, and reputational risks.
- Law degree or equivalent legal qualification.
- Qualified and practicing solicitor or licensed legal professional.
