Based in Malaysia, this role involves executing core insurance processing tasks including data entry, premium billing, and policy documentation. You will handle policy applications, generate quotations and renewals, and liaise with underwriters and clients to gather required details. Ideal for entry-level candidates and fresh graduates, the position requires analytical problem-solving and Cantonese language capability to support operational excellence.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Verify and input customer proposals, applications, and transactions into internal policy platforms.
- Meet defined turnaround timeframes for policy issuance and related administrative workflows.
- Produce quotes, new policy documents, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations following standard procedures.
- Liaise clearly with underwriters, clients, and partners to secure operational information.
- Maintain and update electronic records and operational databases accurately.
- Review errors and perform rework investigations to ensure continuous quality control.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, post-graduate diploma, or professional qualification in any discipline.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Fluency in written and spoken English, along with Cantonese proficiency.
- Familiarity with general insurance concepts is an advantage.
- Prior exposure to shared services or BPO setups is beneficial.
- Willingness to support business needs during Malaysian public holidays.
