Based in Singapore, this role involves leading and managing multiple technical teams, including System Analysts, Infrastructure, DevOps, and Release Management, in an onsite-offshore model. The successful candidate will be accountable for end-to-end delivery of complex projects, from pre-project planning to post-go-live support, ensuring adherence to banking standards. This position requires strong technical leadership, budget management, vendor oversight, and proactive risk management to achieve business objectives.

- Manage end-to-end project delivery from planning to post-launch support
- Lead multiple delivery streams to ensure successful project outcomes
- Oversee budgets, resources, and vendor relationships
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to the team
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and designs
- Ensure project delivery aligns with bank standards and quality gates
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- 12-15 years of experience in delivering complex projects
- 5+ years managing large-scale projects and building applications with APIs/microservices
- Strong Java development background with coaching expertise
- 5+ years in designing, developing, and implementing microservices applications
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Experience managing virtual onsite/offshore teams
