Based in the Philippines, this role focuses on overseeing information security commitments within client contracts and supporting ongoing business development efforts. The successful hire will collaborate with legal, deal teams, and prospective clients to spot security concerns and design tailored risk mitigations. Additionally, you will guide teams globally to address client inquiries regarding data privacy protocols and standard industry frameworks.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Oversee security obligations specified within client contracts during pre-contract phases
- Partner with deal teams to establish proper security controls for upcoming engagements
- Engage with internal legal groups and external clients to evaluate data security risks
- Deliver guidance on suitable controls and risk mitigations for project delivery
- Help global business development units answer inquiries on data privacy and security policies
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional background
- At least 10 years handling commercial security and data protection contract terms
- Comprehensive understanding and hands-on application of privacy and security regulations
- Demonstrated capability to influence and partner with cross-regional leadership
- Capacity to operate autonomously and manage competing priorities effectively
- High proficiency in written and spoken English
