The Data Scientist will lead AI initiatives, focusing on personalized product offerings, network anomaly detection, and customer behavior analysis. This position requires close collaboration with stakeholders to create data-driven solutions and advance the company's AI capabilities.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead AI/ML initiatives, collaborating with various stakeholders and external partners
- Design, build, and integrate analytical models for intelligent decision-making
- Analyze customer behavior across services to uncover actionable insights and optimize campaigns
- Conduct data exploration and experimentation, including A/B testing
- Mentor junior data scientists and ensure high code quality
- Communicate complex analytical findings to diverse audiences
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in a relevant field
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Proficiency in machine learning and statistical modeling techniques
- Experience with LLMs and Generative AI, including fine-tuning and prompt engineering
- Strong data manipulation and visualization skills
- Familiarity with software engineering best practices and version control
