Based in Singapore, this role involves supporting Singtel's Geographic Information System (GIS) platform dedicated to telecommunications network planning. You will troubleshoot operational and data issues, manage platform maintenance, and coordinate system upgrades with cross-functional technical teams. Additionally, the position focuses on validating network infrastructure records and training business users to drive system efficiency.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Provide operational support and troubleshooting for GIS applications used in network planning.
- Conduct system maintenance, manage user access permissions, and perform routine health checks.
- Perform testing and validation for software patches, system upgrades, and change requests.
- Validate and update GIS telecommunications infrastructure data, including cables and equipment records.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and vendors to resolve complex application incidents.
- Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and facilitate application training for end users.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Diploma in Engineering, Information Technology, Geomatics, GIS, or a related field.
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience, with fresh graduates welcome to apply.
- Foundational knowledge of Geographic Information Systems, spatial data, and mapping principles.
- Basic grasp of telecommunications infrastructure such as fiber cables, ducts, and network gear.
- Familiarity with incident handling, software testing, and application troubleshooting workflows.
- Experience with ticketing systems like Jira or ServiceNow is advantageous.
