Based in Singapore, this role provides key operational oversight for Record to Report processes across month-end closing, reconciliations, and reporting tasks. The position collaborates with diverse finance units to guarantee precise and prompt financial data delivery. Additionally, the role leads continuous improvement programs to standardize workflows, drive automation, and enhance overall closing efficiency.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Execute month-end closing procedures including journal entries, account reconciliations, and balance sheet reviews
- Prepare and verify financial statements in line with regulatory accounting standards and internal policies
- Coordinate with external auditors by responding to inquiries and delivering required audit schedules
- Spot workflow gaps and spearhead process enhancement, simplification, and automation efforts across RTR
- Collaborate with IT and automation specialists on requirements analysis, user acceptance testing, and rollout
- Assess post-implementation results and deliver ongoing training and guidance to team colleagues
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or an equivalent professional certification
- At least 6 years of experience in financial accounting, reporting, or finance transformation projects
- Solid foundation in accounting principles, internal controls, and governance requirements
- Demonstrated capability in process mapping, root-cause troubleshooting, and workflow optimization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
