Based in Malaysia, this leadership role oversees the operational resilience, performance, and governance of regional actuarial and financial platforms. The position drives end-to-end technical support across multiple tiers while collaborating with senior actuarial, risk, and technology stakeholders. The candidate will direct major incident management, disaster recovery readiness, and change governance across enterprise systems.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Direct multi-tier regional support operations to sustain system availability for critical actuarial and finance systems
- Take charge of critical incident bridges, driving swift remediation and thorough root-cause investigations
- Oversee complex production change requests, capacity scaling, and release rollouts across enterprise platforms
- Conduct daily operational triage, monitor ticket queues, and deliver executive system health reporting to leadership
- Supervise disaster recovery exercises, business continuity validation, and identity lifecycle access audits
- Facilitate business unit onboarding, establish support documentation, and lead technical training sessions
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline with strong knowledge of ITIL practices
- Demonstrated leadership in managing enterprise-scale production support and infrastructure environments
- Hands-on experience maintaining large cloud estates using Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud
- Solid grasp of Windows OS, enterprise networking, grid computing, and identity access management
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities spanning both applications and infrastructure layers
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities suitable for executive leadership engagement
