Based in Singapore, this role supports Prudential's health strategy by developing a roadmap and leading the delivery of preferred provider health data analytics. You will collaborate with data science and engineering teams to leverage insights for improving health outcomes and customer experience. The position involves working with stakeholders and external partners to provide data-driven solutions and actionable recommendations.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Define and execute the health analytics strategy and roadmap
- Manage end-to-end delivery of health provider analytics, from ideation to deployment
- Collaborate with data science and engineering on data models and pipelines
- Understand stakeholder needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Present analytics findings and recommendations to senior management
- Support the Group Health Claims recovery team
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Degree in data analytics, science, statistics, or related field
- At least 5 years experience in data analytics in insurance or health
- Familiarity with end-to-end analytics solution building and testing
- Experience translating business problems into data solutions
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, SQL, Spark
- Understanding of cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, Databricks)
