Based in Indonesia, Accenture is seeking experienced SAP SuccessFactors professionals to join its Human Capital Management consulting practice. In this role, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to architect, implement, and refine cloud-based HR systems across various digital transformation initiatives. You will guide clients through system configurations, testing, and change management to drive organizational excellence.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead or support the implementation, migration, and ongoing enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors suites
- Translate complex business requirements into effective, functional system design specifications
- Configure diverse SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Talent, LMS, or Payroll
- Facilitate fit-gap workshops, system demonstrations, and integration activities with enterprise platforms
- Direct data migration, validation, user acceptance testing, go-live preparation, and hypercare support
- Create comprehensive documentation, test scripts, and provide change management guidance to clients
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, or HRIS implementations
- Functional expertise in one or more core SAP SuccessFactors modules and end-to-end HR workflows
- Demonstrated competence in gathering requirements, system configuration, testing, and stakeholder engagement
- Full willingness to travel to client sites up to 100%
- Professional working proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
