Based in Vietnam, this role involves maintaining, repairing, and optimizing machinery and automated production systems at the Cu Chi manufacturing plant. The technician will handle routine mechanical and electrical servicing, troubleshoot PLC equipment, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to minimize downtime. Additionally, you will uphold rigorous occupational safety, environmental, and quality standards alongside cross-functional teams.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Execute scheduled preventative maintenance and condition-based monitoring on mechanical and electrical systems
- Inspect, service, and assemble mechanical equipment, machine parts, and automated line mechanisms
- Diagnose faults, monitor operations, and assist with PLC programming and control configurations
- Configure, calibrate, and maintain electrical distribution, drive systems, sensors, and measuring instruments
- Ensure strict adherence to environmental, health, and safety regulations while controlling operational hazards
- Analyze root causes of equipment failures and support TPM, WCM, and continuous improvement projects
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Vocational certificate, college diploma, or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering
- At least 1 year of electromechanical maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing setting
- Solid working knowledge of industrial electrical systems, mechanical equipment, and PLC systems
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, electrical schematics, and engineering diagrams
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and effective team communication
- Willingness to work six days weekly and rotate shifts based on factory operational requirements
