Based in Malaysia, this leadership role oversees credit management shared services operations across receipting, collections, and fraud dispute teams. The successful candidate will direct a sizable workforce while ensuring strict operational performance, compliance standards, and service excellence. Additionally, this position spearheads process transformation, digital automation initiatives, and system implementations to enhance financial efficiency.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Direct daily shared services operations across receipting, collections, and fraud dispute teams to achieve performance targets.
- Manage and mentor supervisors and team leads overseeing a workforce of roughly seventy staff members.
- Oversee fraud and AML investigations while maintaining internal controls and ensuring continuous audit readiness.
- Lead operational transformation, automation projects, and new enterprise system rollouts across finance operations.
- Monitor core performance metrics including cash collection, DSO, operational quality, and service levels.
- Act as primary liaison for cross-functional stakeholders in finance, credit, risk, compliance, and IT departments.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Seven to ten years of shared services or BPO operations experience in finance, collections, or fraud management.
- At least two to three years of leadership experience managing teams of fifty or more people.
- Demonstrated background in project management, system integrations, or business process automation.
- Solid understanding of order-to-cash workflows, credit systems, and fraud mitigation processes.
- Hands-on experience using major ERP platforms and modern workflow management software.
