Based in Singapore, this role focuses on driving the full client onboarding journey within the private banking division. You will work closely with relationship managers to evaluate client profiles, execute thorough risk reviews, and ensure full compliance with AML and KYC standards. In addition, you will identify opportunities to optimize operational workflows and deliver insights using data reporting.

- Guide the complete client onboarding lifecycle from initial prospect review to account opening
- Partner with relationship managers on KYC preparation, clarifications, and documentation verification
- Conduct comprehensive risk evaluations and assist with ongoing client account reviews
- Coordinate with Front Office, compliance specialists, and other business partners to resolve onboarding issues
- Track onboarding cycle metrics, risk patterns, and KYC statistics through data analysis
- Recommend process optimizations to boost operational efficiency and share compliance best practices
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or a related discipline
- 7 to 10 years of client onboarding, AML, or KYC experience in private banking or wealth management
- Solid working knowledge of relevant regulatory standards including MAS regulations, FATCA, and CRS
- Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving capabilities
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to work across multiple cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with banking platforms and KYC systems, alongside proficiency in Excel and Tableau
