Based in Singapore, this role involves leading the delivery of Finance technology and transformation initiatives within a global banking environment. You will provide strategic oversight for a portfolio of programs supporting various financial reporting and data management functions. This position requires partnering with senior stakeholders to drive business and regulatory changes, enhance reporting capabilities, and improve operational efficiency.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Finance technology and transformation programs.
- Drive strategic initiatives for Finance platforms, reporting, and data management.
- Partner with stakeholders to define program objectives and roadmaps.
- Manage program interdependencies and establish governance frameworks.
- Oversee delivery teams to ensure projects meet scope, timeline, and budget.
- Provide status updates and executive reporting to senior management.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years leading large-scale transformation in financial services.
- Proven track record in Finance transformation or regulatory reporting initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Finance functions like reporting and data management.
- Deep expertise in program and portfolio management.
- Experience delivering complex technology programs using various methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives across business and technology.
