Based in Malaysia, this role leads a team of 20 staff within the Outward Remittance section of Cash Management Operations. The successful candidate will ensure daily processing meets service level agreements, track operational errors, and manage resource allocation for optimal team productivity. This position also involves fostering continuous process improvement, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring strict compliance with internal procedures and regulatory laws.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 20 staff in outward remittance operations.
- Ensure daily processing adheres to service level agreements and escalate risks.
- Monitor and review operational errors, GL, and Nostro breaks.
- Optimize resource allocation and evaluate team productivity.
- Promote process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Economics.
- Minimum 8 years in Cash Management Operations, specifically with Outward Foreign Telegraphic Transfer and SWIFT.
- Proven experience in team management.
- Ability to process high volumes accurately and quickly.
- Self-motivated team player with strong communication skills.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
