Based in Singapore, this role is for a Product Delivery Business Analyst responsible for successful product launches across various platforms. The position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, quality, and compliant product delivery. Key responsibilities include defining requirements, managing user acceptance testing, and post-deployment verification. This role also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives and reports to the Product Delivery Team Lead.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of new product launch initiatives, ensuring timely execution and high quality.
- Lead product launch discussions with stakeholders, offering solutions aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize scope and changes without compromising launch timelines.
- Identify, manage, and escalate delivery risks and issues with clear recommendations.
- Document business requirements, solution designs, and business rules clearly and completely.
- Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including planning and sign-off.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry.
- Experience managing or leading projects is a significant advantage.
- GCE ‘A’ Levels or equivalent, or relevant professional qualifications.
- Strong ownership and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident decision-maker with sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
